Not having yet found a Gibson Les Paul Standard reddish / purple TransPerformance Tuning System, I bought this that has the same characteristics.

Jimmy Page used it on the album with David Coverdale and after that not so many. I am ready to buy an original if anyone knows where I can find it.

I never had the chance to take a TransPerformance in hand, but from the images found on the Internet the Robot looks like a good compromise. I settled the songs in played in open tunings with Jimmy, I really enjoy myself doing this, changing tones in a few seconds is very comfortable and it fits perfectly.
